Joël (°1975) is a SAP HCM professional with extensive (inter)national experience since 2000.
He worked in several roles: from analyzing customer business requirements, development, over application maintenance and consultancy to team lead and project leader and HR Architecture.
Since the end of 2015 he is on a new mission to become a SuccesFactors Consultant, he opted for the Employee Central module since this is where he believes to bring the most added value to his customers. Joël combines deep technical insight with functional and business expertise and a very strong customer focus. He uses his people and project management skills to coordinate delivery with various team members (consultants, testers, key users, managers, …). In Q1 2016 he became a SuccessFactors Certified Associate for Employee Central. At the moment he is doing training for other SuccessFactors Modules.
Since 2000 he has worked at several companies in the SAP HCM field. He works as an independent contractor as from 2013. Key customers include for example: APG Group, Ministerie van Economische Zaken, Landbouw en Innovatie (the Netherlands), Fabricom GDF Suez, Ericsonn, Ordina, Siemens, Sara Lee DE, Arinso International , Nestle, Dutch Universities (Maastricht, Utrecht, Leiden), KLM, Essent, T-Mobile, Rabobank, ABB Brussel, Securex … Joël is a positive team player with good communication skills. He is dynamic, proactive and result driven. He holds a bachelor degree Social Readaptation Science (1998) and a degree in Systems Engineering by PBNA / Nijssen Adviesbureau (2001). Joël continuously updates his knowledge by following relevant training programs (Now SuccessFactors and cloud, …)
When not working, he enjoys spending his time with family and friends and when the time allows it on the golf course.
